Marketing & Collections Coordinator

Job Title: Marketing & Collections Coordinator (Emirati Only)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000–6,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are hiring an energetic and motivated Emirati candidate who can support our social media marketing activities and assist with payment collection for pending dues in the UAE market. The role is a mix of Arabic marketing video creation and vendor payment follow-up, suitable for fresh graduates or interns looking to build their career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Social Media (Primary Role)

Create simple, engaging Arabic product explanation videos for social media.

Post regular content on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Assist in planning small marketing activities to increase brand reach locally.

Respond to customer inquiries on social media, WhatsApp, or phone calls.

Help build online presence and attract more customers from the UAE market.

2. Payment Collection (Equally Important)

Follow up on pending and stuck payments with UAE vendors.

Maintain professional communication with partners to recover overdue dues.

Update management on the status of payments and follow-up timelines.

Keep a record of calls, visits, and vendor commitments.

3. Additional Support Tasks (As Needed)

Assist sales and operations team with coordination work.

Support in preparing simple reports or data entry tasks.

Help during product photoshoots, store visits, and promotional activities.

Provide administrative support when required.

Requirements:

1. Emirati (UAE National) – Mandatory.

2. F luent in Arabic (speaking & writing) for product videos.

3. Confident personality with strong communication skills.

4. Freshers, interns, and recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

5. Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

6. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and responsibility in completing tasks.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
