Marketing & Commercial Enablement Manager

Job Title: Marketing & Commercial Enablement Manager

Job Summary: The Marketing & Commercial Enablement Manager is responsible for converting
marketing strategy, campaigns, messaging, and customer-facing materials into organized, trackable,
field-ready commercial execution.


This role sits within Marketing and serves as the operational link between Marketing, Sales, Customer
Success, and other customer-facing teams. The position ensures that campaigns, content, CRM
workflows, sales materials, reporting, and follow-up processes are executed consistently and adopted
across the commercial organization. Commercial Operations is supported by this role, but not owned by
this role.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and go-to-market execution from planning through
launch, field deployment, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Convert marketing strategy and campaign direction into organized execution plans, timelines,
task owners, deliverables, sales-ready materials, CRM workflows, and status updates.
  • Manage the development, organization, approval, distribution, and maintenance of marketing
collateral, sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, and presentations.
  • Own content development workflows across copy, design, review, approval, version control,
and final distribution to ensure materials are accurate, current, brand-consistent, and fieldready.
  • Ensure campaigns, messaging, and materials are adopted by Sales and customer-facing teams as
intended.
  • Support lead generation and campaign execution by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success,
internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other supporting teams.
  • Own marketing-related CRM administration and discipline, including data quality, campaign
tracking, target list management, workflow consistency, and visibility into campaign follow-up.
  • Prepare marketing and commercial performance reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and
execution updates that help leadership understand campaign activity, sales adoption, customer
engagement, and business impact.
  • Maintain organization and accessibility of marketing materials, pricing and positioning
documents, approved messaging, customer-facing assets, proposal content, and related
commercial resources.
  • Support sales leadership with pipeline visibility, forecasting support, territory and performance
analytics, and commercial reporting from a marketing and enablement perspective, without
assuming ownership of Sales Operations.

  • Assist with proposals, RFP responses, customer presentations, trade shows, events, advisory
board materials, and other customer-facing commercial initiatives.
  • Prepare Customer Value Reviews (CVRs), supporting marketing narratives, customer activity
summaries, ERV-related reporting materials, and account opportunity support from a marketing
insight perspective.
  • Coordinate marketing support for reverse distribution programs, customer implementations,
customer retention initiatives, GPO materials, RFP positioning, and other Pharma Logistics
commercial growth priorities.
  • Track customer trends, market intelligence, field feedback, and campaign performance insights
to inform messaging, retention strategy, campaign focus, and future marketing priorities.
Beneficial Education, Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical services, logistics, reverse distribution, or
another regulated B2B environment preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, business intelligence, or campaign reporting
platforms preferred.


Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, marketing
project management, commercial operations, or related B2B marketing execution role.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, sales enablement initiatives,
customer-facing materials, and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams with presentations, proposals, collateral,
campaign materials, or related commercial tools.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and ability to maintain marketing-related data quality,
campaign tracking, and workflow consistency.
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and practical execution updates for
marketing and commercial leadership.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across Marketing, Sales,
Customer Success, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
