We’re looking for a high-taste, high-agency creative to help shape how our company speaks, looks, and persuades across every touchpoint. This is not a narrow “social media intern” role. You’ll work across copy, storytelling, visuals, and brand execution, translating complex robotics and AI into communication people actually understand—and remember.
You’ll help define our voice, refine our visuals, and turn raw ideas into convincing narratives that drive adoption.
Requirements
- Craft persuasive copy for our website, decks, social media, landing pages, and sales materials—clear, confident, and convincing.
- Shape our visual communication by adapting and improving templates (Canva, Figma, decks, one-pagers) with strong aesthetic judgment.
- Build and evolve sales decks, pitch materials, and product narratives that make complex tech feel obvious and inevitable.
- Create marketing assets such as brochures, product sheets, case studies, short videos, and explainers—owning both story and presentation.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and sales to turn strategy into sharp communication.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual language across all platforms.
- Track what works (engagement, conversions, responses) and continuously improve messaging and formats.
- 0–1 years experience — or strong proof of skill through projects, portfolios, or past work.
- A natural copywriter: you know how to convince, not just describe.
- Strong storytelling instincts—you can take raw inputs and turn them into compelling narratives.
- Design sense matters: experience working with Canva; Figma is a big plus.
Comfortable manipulating templates tastefully rather than starting from scratch every time.
Ability to balance words + visuals—you understand how copy and design work together. - Curious, proactive, and comfortable in ambiguity—you don’t wait for perfect briefs.
- Interest in technology, robotics, construction, or deep-tech B2B is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Not a posting-scheduler or hashtag manager.
- Not a “follow instructions only” role.
- Not limited to one channel or format.
- Help define the voice and look of the company from day one.
- Work directly with founders and engineers building real-world robotics.
- High ownership, fast learning, and real creative freedom.
- A chance to build both taste and impact early in your career.
- Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and long-term growth potential.
