POSITION SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, this role will coordinate the preparation of presentation and marketing materials and assist in the coordination of public relations activities. May be responsible for video production, newsletters, trade shows, product advertisements, and assist in web site and graphic design. Handles special projects, as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Design graphics for customer docs, internal posters, and emails (Canva, basic Adobe welcome).
• Maintain and update website content (CMS, Wordpress, etc.).
• Plan and create LinkedIn and internal communications.
• Interview internal stakeholders (tech, ops) and turn insights into content.
• Organize trade show participation—logistics, collateral, vendor coordination.
• Build and update standardized slide decks (PowerPoint)
• Audit and refresh existing marketing materials and website content.
• Track content calendar and ensure timely execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience which may include internships in marketing, side-projects and other experience that will highlight candidate’s aptitude for teamwork and organization.
• Strong writing, graphic sense, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Office Suite/Google Workspace; basic Canva/Adobe and CMS familiarity.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, team-friendly, comfortable juggling tasks.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web CMS.
• Understanding of email platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or other)
• Social media scheduling experience
• Experience supporting trade shows or events.
