Marketing Communications Assistant (Chinese & English Speaker)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant who is fluent in both Chinese and English. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the confidence to coordinate marketing initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suitable marketing agencies for advertising campaigns
• Conduct market research to compare agency capabilities, pricing structures, and service quality
• Coordinate and communicate with agencies to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports and analysis

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent research, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills
