Marketing Communications Assistant Manager

  • Support the development and execution of the company's marketing communications strategy.
  • Ensure all communications align with the organization's brand identity and business objectives.
  • Develop communication plans for product launches, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency of messaging across all internal and external channels.
  • Safeguard and enhance the company's brand reputation and positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all communication materials.
  • Monitor brand perception and recommend initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
  • Coordinate branding activities across departments and external partners.
  • Develop and review marketing content including: Press releases, Company announcements, Corporate presentations, Website content, Social media content, Email campaigns, Marketing collateral.
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content creators for content production.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry stakeholders.
  • Draft and distribute press releases and corporate communications.
  • Coordinate media coverage and publicity opportunities.
  • Support crisis communication activities when required.
  • Manage employee communication initiatives and announcements.
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and communication materials.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate communication deliverables across multiple channels.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of communication assets and materials.
  • Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and public engagements.
  • Prepare speeches, presentations, and communication materials for senior management.
  • Support executive communication requirements and corporate announcements.
  • Monitor communication and campaign performance metrics.
  • Track media coverage, public sentiment, and brand visibility.
  • Prepare monthly communication performance reports.
  • Recommend communication enhancements based on insights and analytics.
  • Supervise and support communication specialists, coordinators, and external agencies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure communication projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
