KVC Health Systems is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will partner with an assigned business unit to help achieve our mission of improving the lives of children and families. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing & Communications Team and colleagues across departments to drive initiatives that foster connection, inclusion, and community impact.

Position Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite)

What You’ll Do:

  • Create compelling content for web, social media, email, print, and other platforms

  • Support the production of graphics, infographics, videos, and other creative assets

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with our mission

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging

  • Generate innovative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement

  • Provide communications support for internal and external events

  • Monitor key metrics and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Become a content expert in areas such as mental health treatment and child welfare

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or related field

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    • Copywriting for various formats (social media posts, articles, etc.)

    • Experience with digital marketing (email, SEO, social media, content marketing)

    • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools

    • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design software

    • Creative thinker, problem solver, and detail-oriented team player

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
