We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to play a pivotal role in helping Stryde grow while supporting our clients in communicating effectively with both their external audiences and internal teams. The Role:

As the Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our communication efforts, responsible for creating, developing, and executing marketing strategies for both Stryde Group and our clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams to help Stryde Group grow its brand and strengthen relationships, while also collaborating with clients to develop and deliver tailored communications aimed at their employees. The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing enthusiast with a strong background in content creation, multichannel campaigns, and internal/external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications for Stryde: Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote Stryde Group’s growth, enhance our brand, and engage our employees.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to create impactful communication materials for both employee-facing and external-facing purposes, aligning with their organizational goals and values.
  • Social Media Management: Lead Stryde’s social media efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), while assisting clients with similar efforts.
  • Multichannel Campaigns: Coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns that maintain consistency in messaging, design, and branding across various channels, both internally for Stryde and externally for clients.
  • SEO & Web Optimization: Use SEO best practices to improve website content, increase organic traffic, and ensure our clients’ sites are optimized for search engines.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, print materials, and internal communications that resonate with both client and employee audiences.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and enhance internal and external messaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, using insights to optimize and refine future efforts.
  • Sales & Client Support: Collaborate with sales teams to enhance advertising sales initiatives and help clients with their product management strategies.
  • Design & Branding: Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop visual assets that maintain creative consistency for digital marketing materials and client communications.
  • Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns for both Stryde’s internal initiatives and clients’ employee engagement efforts, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, multichannel strategies, and internal/external communications in B2B environments.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative, Leading AI platforms, and WordPress for website management and content updates; basic HTML knowledge is a bonus.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create tailored content that speaks to diverse audiences, from employees to external customers.
  • Paid Advertising: Experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to reach targeted audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to measure and interpret campaign data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player who can juggle multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Design: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
