Job Purpose
As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Boyden’s brand presence and communications strategy. Working closely with Partners and cross-regional teams, you will create engaging content, design impactful visuals, and support marketing initiatives that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design

Create and support content for LinkedIn, the company website, newsletters, and branded materials

Design visually compelling presentations, social media graphics, reports, and marketing collateral

Assist in developing thought leadership visuals, Partner materials, and brand-aligned templates
Digital & Social Media

Manage and optimise LinkedIn activity for the firm and Partners

Support light video editing for short-form clips, event highlights, and social content
Marketing & Communications Support

Assist with internal communications, events, and marketing campaigns from concept to execution

Collaborate with Partners and cross-regional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging
What We’re Looking For

Fresh graduate or 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or design

Strong design skills — proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva

Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)

Excellent communicator, able to present ideas clearly and confidently

Passionate about research, creativity, and visual storytelling

Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Collaborative mindset — able to work effectively with Partners and cross-regional teams
