Marketing & Communications Executive

Job Purpose


As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Boyden’s brand presence and communications strategy. Working closely with Partners and cross-regional teams, you will create engaging content, design impactful visuals, and support marketing initiatives that drive our business forward.


Key Responsibilities


Content Creation & Design

  • Create and support content for LinkedIn, the company website, newsletters, and branded materials
  • Design visually compelling presentations, social media graphics, reports, and marketing collateral
  • Assist in developing thought leadership visuals, Partner materials, and brand-aligned templates


Digital & Social Media

  • Manage and optimise LinkedIn activity for the firm and Partners
  • Support light video editing for short-form clips, event highlights, and social content


Marketing & Communications Support

  • Assist with internal communications, events, and marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with Partners and cross-regional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging


What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduate or 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or design
  • Strong design skills — proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
  • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Excellent communicator, able to present ideas clearly and confidently
  • Passionate about research, creativity, and visual storytelling
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Collaborative mindset — able to work effectively with Partners and cross-regional teams
