Marketing & Communications Head

We are looking for an energetic Marketing & Communications Lead to oversee marketing activities for our hotel and restaurant operations. This hands-on role focuses on boosting revenue, enhancing brand presence, and managing both digital and on-site marketing campaigns. The position reports to the Director of Sales and Director of Revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen brand identity across all channels
• Plan and execute digital marketing and social media strategies
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
• Bring creativity and innovation to marketing initiatives
• Focus on measurable results and ROI

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–4 years of marketing experience in hotel, hospitality, or restaurant sectors in the UAE
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through creative, data-driven campaigns
• Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media management
• Strategic, creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
