Position Summary:
The Marketing & Communications Manager handles all aspects of internal and external communications and marketing for the entire organization. The role of the Marketing & Communications’ role is to innovate, create, develop, plan, implement and oversee marketing efforts which deliver on the marketing strategy, aligned to overall strategic company goals. Promoting brand awareness, encourage sales along with customer satisfaction, employee engagement and support with company growth through marketing techniques and positive communication. We prefer someone in the MD area for this role as there will be occasions where being in the office will be required for meetings, trainings, and preparation for conferences. This role is paying 75-82K and offers a full array of benefits to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
Essential Functions:

Serve as a Culture Leader, modeling the ASAP AIMs and fostering a positive, aligned team culture.

Demonstrate strong digital marketing expertise, IT savviness, technical marketing skills, and in-depth knowledge of company products and services.

Analyze and report on marketing performance to identify best practices and adjust strategies for improved results.

Serve as a working manager, actively participating in day-to-day marketing tasks while leading the team to achieve company goals.

Lead, mentor, and collaborate a small marketing team to drive growth and strengthen department performance.

Conduct market and competitive analysis, including research, trend forecasting, and sales competition insights to inform strategic decisions.

Innovates, creates, and cultivates strategic marketing plans for developing all business segments for today and the future planning.

Manage all promotional packages/campaigns including requesting creative, drafting the communication plan and recap analysis.

Understanding how to reach our audiences, while developing what to say to them through advertising.

Brochures. Emails, social media, media outlets and website content.

Collaborates with internal ASAP Teams to fully understand product and communication needs.

Maintains regulatory updates and advisories for internal and external education and learning.

Maintains knowledge of trends and developments and revises existing materials to keep them current regarding trends, branding, products and services.

Tracks and provides business statistics and analytics.

Develops and maintains tracking tools providing ROI on all marketing initiatives and provide monthly status reports.

Maintain marketing budget and reports monthly.

Manages all marketing collateral to include graphics/imagery and text content while maintaining the branding efforts.

Conceptualizes, writes and edits marketing communication materials to produce accurate, creative and persuasive messaging/articles/newsletters/blogs/social media posts/etc meeting company’s strategic marketing goals.

Maintains, creates and develops the ASAP website, training center, blog, and SEO optimization.

Increases and maintains daily call volumes for the sales team with Google AdWords campaigns.

Manage vendors and maintain internal vendor management and contracting protocols.

Increases sales through marketing efforts in training, CEUs and web traffic.

Performs technical proposal writing and editing services to produce effective, creative and timely responses to RFPs.

Supports and prepares presentations for internal speakers at industry conferences and associations, learning institutes.

Manage conferences and exhibition needs.

Manages and updates LMS learning content.

Create and manage graphics.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent, preferred.
Qualifications/Skills

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with proven track record of leading, developing and executing successful marketing and communications plan and materials.

Background in digital marketing strategy and platforms.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Mastery of basic design principles and tools.

Detail oriented, organizational and time management skills to maintain and complete multiple priorities simultaneously, within designated deadlines.

Problem solving and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize projects.

Ability to distil key elements to effectively communicate marketing goals.

Ability to appropriately and cost effectively create and manage vendor relations for marketing communications.

Experience in managing staff and vendors.

Able and willing to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Proficient in Content Management Systems (especially WordPress and Drupal)
Work Environment
This position is a remote position that performs work from the assigned home location. The job requires dedicated and uninterrupted time identical to the conditions of working in an office environment. This remote position located Geographically close to the corporate office may report to the corporate office to attend meetings, trainings, prepare/pack material for conferences/expos and/or team functions. The content of information received and communicated contains confidential information, including PHI. While performing the duties of this job, it is the responsibility of this position to make all efforts to secure the clients confidentiality and always protect clients PHI information. The remote worker must abide by the Remote Work Policy.
