Marketing Communications Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our global marketing team. This is a hands-on, multi-discipline role for a versatile marketer who can plan, create, and execute campaigns across channels. You will bring THREE’s science, strategy, and story to life through content, email marketing, web, and social—helping drive Brand Ambassador engagement and customer acquisition on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaigns

  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop and execute integrated campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and corporate initiatives.
  • Own campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are on time and on brand.

Content Creation & Messaging

  • Write, edit, and proof content for email campaigns, newsletters, blogs, packaging, app/web copy, and social media.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (Brand Ambassadors, customers, prospects) while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to ideate, draft, and optimize content more efficiently.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage publishing workflows on HubSpot CMS (or similar platforms) and optimize for engagement and SEO.
  • Build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns, using performance data to refine messaging.
  • Contribute to social media content planning and scheduling.

Product & Event Marketing

  • Create compelling messaging and materials for product launches, incentive trips, and major events.
  • Draft executive bios, recognition messages, and event scripts.

Performance & Optimization

  • Review campaign analytics (open rates, click-through rates, adoption rates) and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain brand compliance and message consistency across all platforms and markets.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-related roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with CMS/CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Experience in direct selling or wellness industries a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
