Marketing plays a critical role in supporting our growth, demand generation, and go-to-market execution.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Communications Manager plays a critical role in supporting FERO’s growth by owning the strategy, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that influence demand, pipeline development, and market expansion.

This role is ideal for a marketer who understands how to operate in a growth-stage company — someone who can set direction, manage agencies and contractors, and execute quickly. While brand integrity and communications matter, this role is growth-focused and performance-oriented, with clear expectations around demand generation, campaign effectiveness, and cross-functional impact.

This is a revenue-influencing role, not a revenue-quota role.

Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Growth

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified inbound interest across active and expansion markets
  • Support top-of-funnel lead generation in partnership with Sales and Business Development teams
  • Align campaigns with go-to-market priorities, market launches, and growth initiatives
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency

Paid Advertising, Agency & Creative Management

  • Own the strategic direction and performance oversight of paid advertising initiatives executed by external digital advertising agencies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media, social media, and graphic design contractors
  • Develop campaign briefs, messaging direction, creative requirements, and target audience definitions
  • Review campaign performance including spend efficiency, lead quality, engagement, and conversion trends
  • Manage internal requests for graphic design and creative assets through contracted partners
  • Ensure all paid, social, and creative efforts align with brand standards and business priorities

Brand Strategy & Communications

  • Maintain brand integrity while supporting growth-focused marketing initiatives
  • Own and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external materials
  • Develop internal and external messaging for company updates, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into clear, effective communications

Digital Assets & Email Campaigns

  • Create and manage digital marketing and communication materials for distribution
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library for internal teams
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with demand generation and growth initiatives
  • Support sales and business development with marketing collateral and enablement materials

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics across demand generation and paid media efforts
  • Provide insights on agency performance, campaign effectiveness, and growth initiatives
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing execution and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation roles
  • Experience managing external agencies (paid media, social, creative, or digital marketing)
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, SEO, CAC, ROAS, B2B Marketing, Top-funnel lead generation, performance marketing concepts, and campaign optimization
  • Experience working in growth-stage, fast-paced, or startup environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience marketing in logistics, construction, industrial, or operations-heavy industries
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing performance reporting
  • Experience supporting multi-market or regional go-to-market strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
