Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our brand messaging and promotional strategies across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, incorporating digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through targeted keyword strategies.
  • Develop and manage communication strategies to keep members, employees, and external stakeholders informed about credit union updates, products, and services.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications (emails, newsletters, bulletins) to ensure staff alignment with the credit union’s goals and initiatives
  • Manage external marketing agency partners.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop compelling product messaging and promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
  • Lead community outreach efforts, including planning events, sponsorships, and partnerships that strengthen the credit union’s relationship with local communities.
  • Lead copywriting efforts for advertisements, landing pages, newsletters, and social media posts that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Act as the spokesperson for the credit union, if necessary, at public events, media interviews, or community outreach activities.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress CMS platform, HTML coding basics, and Google Analytics is essential.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored for different audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,088.00 - $106,000.00 per year
