Introduction for position
The Marketing and Communications Professional plays a key role in shaping and executing Würth IT’s internal and external communication and marketing initiatives in India, acting as a key ambassador for the Würth IT brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling global presence across all communication channels. Based in Pune and working closely with the central Marketing & Communications team in Germany, this role supports Würth IT’s strategic positioning as a trusted IT partner and attractive employer. The focus lies on global brand consistency, corporate presentations, events, and employer branding initiatives.

Your profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communication initiatives aligned with Würth IT’s global brand strategy and Würth Group communication standards

Act as a key interface between the India location and the global Marketing & Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence

Develop and implement concepts for internal events, employee engagement, and employer branding activities

Maintain and continuously update Würth IT’s global corporate presentations (company profile, service portfolio, management decks) in line with corporate design and messaging

Support global and local teams with customized presentation materials for strategic meetings, pitches, and internal communication

Manage social media presence and create content tailored to Würth IT India’s communication goals

Support internal communication by creating and distributing content for newsletters, intranet, and digital channels

Collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams on talent attraction and retention initiatives

Organize and support events such as tech talks, career fairs, and internal celebrations

Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness through defined KPIs and feedback loops
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

4–5 years of professional experience in marketing and communications within a global or IT-driven organization

Experience working in an international environment and with cross-cultural teams

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design; ability to translate complex topics into compelling visual content

Hands-on experience with social media, content creation, and event management
