Job Summary:
The Marketing Communication Specialist supports marketing strategies for our ECR business in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. This role involves developing cohesive marketing plans, managing creative revisions and compliance approvals, implementing integrated marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing initiatives and small projects (internal and external).
- Collaborate with agencies to develop content for digital and traditional media, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and brand standards.
- Coordinate community donations, sponsorships, and external events to enhance visibility and brand positioning.
- Provide marketing expertise, best practices, and trend recommendations to business managers.
- Support campaign execution and analyze results to improve performance.
- Maintain communication with business units, agencies, and suppliers.
- Process compliance, legal, accounting, and payables paperwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and basic accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
