Marketing & Community Engagement Manager

Latitude Therapy is seeking a Marketing & Community Engagement Manager to drive referrals, grow enrollment, and strengthen our presence in the communities we serve. This role is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, representing Latitude at community events, and executing marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven. They enjoy connecting with people, building partnerships, and finding creative ways to increase awareness of ABA services and fill clinic openings.

Position Details:

  • Position Type: Part-time

  • Job Location: St Louis, MO

  • Job Type: Hybrid

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events (flex as needed)

Responsibilities

Referral Source Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, daycares, early intervention providers, therapists, physicians, and community organizations.

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners.

  • Develop new referral partnerships that increase client admissions.

  • Track referral activity and identify opportunities for growth.

Clinic Census Growth

  • Drive enrollment for clinic-based ABA services.

  • Work closely with leadership to identify census needs and fill available openings.

  • Develop strategies to increase inquiries, tours, assessments, and admissions.

  • Monitor referral-to-admission conversion rates.

Community Outreach

  • Represent Latitude Therapy at resource fairs, community events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Coordinate and attend outreach events throughout the year.

  • Deliver presentations and educational sessions on ABA services and early intervention.

  • Increase awareness of Latitude Therapy within the local community.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage social media content and community engagement.

  • Create flyers, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Assist with website updates and local SEO efforts.

  • Support digital advertising campaigns and community marketing initiatives.

  • Promote clinic programs, parent resources, and special events.

Reporting & Growth Metrics

  • Track and report key performance indicators including:

    • Number of referral relationships established

    • Referrals received

    • Client inquiries

    • Tours scheduled

    • Assessments completed

    • Admissions completed

    • Clinic census growth

    • Event participation and outcomes

  • Provide monthly growth and outreach reports to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Comfortable speaking to groups and presenting information.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-starter with strong follow-through.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and Canva.

  • Ability to work independently and meet growth goals.

  • Experience with referral tracking.

  • Social media marketing experience.

  • Digital advertising experience.

  • Website management and SEO knowledge.
