With four locations across Jacksonville, New Bern, Morehead City, and Charlotte, we help clients look and feel their best through modern, high-quality care and innovative treatments.

We’re seeking a Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist to manage and execute all marketing and outreach activities across our four locations. This is the sole marketing position within the company — ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and self-motivated, with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and community connection.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist oversees Drip IV’s marketing presence and outreach efforts. This role includes managing social media content, creating promotional campaigns, booking and attending local wellness and beauty events, and building community partnerships that enhance brand visibility.

You’ll work in-office at our Jacksonville location and represent the brand across the region. This position blends creativity, digital marketing, and in-person engagement — perfect for someone who enjoys both design work and being the face of the brand at community events.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, design, and post content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to be used for all four locations and joint social accounts.
  • Create branded graphics and short-form videos using company Canva account.
  • Write engaging captions and calls-to-action that align with Drip IV’s voice and promotions.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos from in-office activity and events.
  • Use social SEO strategies (hashtags, geotags, keywords, and trending audio) to improve visibility.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics.

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Create and distribute promotional emails and text campaigns for memberships, seasonal specials, and announcements.
  • Manage contact lists and evaluate campaign effectiveness to refine future messaging.

Event Coordination & Community Engagement

  • Research, book, and coordinate Drip IV’s participation in local wellness, beauty, and community events.
  • Communicate event details to appropriate staff and ensure all marketing materials and supplies are prepared by the staff.
  • Attend events to assist with setup, engage with attendees, and represent Drip IV professionally.
  • Capture on-site photo and video content for use in social and digital campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, businesses, and event partners to expand visibility.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain a yearly marketing and event calendar used across all four locations.
  • Track and report key metrics, including social engagement, campaign performance, and event ROI.
  • Assist with flyers, signage, and in-clinic marketing displays.
  • Collaborate with ownership and management to brainstorm new promotions, partnerships, and creative campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination (wellness, hospitality, or aesthetics preferred).
  • Proficiency with Canva and social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly or other similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of social SEO and content optimization.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and design sense.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects across locations.
  • Outgoing, professional, and confident representing a brand publicly.
  • Based in or near Jacksonville, NC, with reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Willingness to attend select weekend or evening events.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
This position is a full-time, in-office role with opportunities for growth based on performance and expanding marketing responsibilities.
