Concierge – Assisted Living Facility Overview

The Concierge is the welcoming presence at our assisted living community, supporting residents, families, and visitors while keeping front‑desk operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors
  • Answer phones and manage front‑desk inquiries
  • Coordinate appointments, give tours, and deliveries to residents
  • Maintain visitor logs, mail distribution, and a tidy lobby
  • Provide basic administrative support to community staff
  • Help ensure resident safety by monitoring lobby activity

Qualifications

  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with older adults
  • Basic computer and office‑equipment proficiency

Pay: $16.50 per hour
