Marketing Content and Brand Manager

Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, is a 2nd-generation family-owned roofing business that proudly serves the Southeast Missouri area, with headquarters in Fredericktown, MO.

In the mid-1980s, our founder and namesake, Melvin, started offering roofing, siding, carpentry, and general handyman services under the name Melvin Mills Construction. As Melvin’s reputation for great customer service and quality work grew over the years, so did the demand for his services.

In 2008, Melvin’s youngest son, Craig, became a full partner in the business, and we began to narrow our scope of work to focus on building a true residential roofing company. We changed our name to Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, to signal our commitment to providing outstanding roofing services with the highest level of specialized training and expertise.

Our vision is to be the Southeast Missouri leader in all aspects of the residential roofing market through innovative training, unparalleled customer service, and fiscal responsibility.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Content & Brand Manager is responsible for owning and executing the company’s brand presence across all digital, physical, and community-facing channels. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution—managing website content, social media, marketing campaigns, brand representation at events, and all branded apparel and swag initiatives. This individual will serve as a key steward of the brand, ensuring consistency, creativity, and professionalism in every touchpoint, both online and in person.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 3+ Years of Experience, Valid Driver's License

Education: Bachelors Degree preferred, not required

Physical Demands: Sitting, Standing, Community Travel

Work Environment: Office and Community Events

  • Campaign plans and timelines
  • Brand guidelines and documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, operations, and external partners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Use project management, scheduling, and analytics tools to track progress and performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activity, performance, and ROI.
