Marketing Content and Design specialist

Voices of Tomorrow works to break the cycle of educational disparity to create better futures for East African children. We weave together community voice, language, cultural heritage, and parenting practices with evidenced based, culturally responsive early learning for children and the parents and providers that make up their world. We also advocate for the needs of our communities and prepare community members to advocate for the needs of their families.

We are a small, focused marketing team doing ambitious work. We are now looking for a designer to function as a creative counterpart, someone who brings a strong visual eye and genuine design craft to a brand that is still growing and has room to be shaped.

This is a design-first role. If you love typography, brand systems, layout, and the challenge of translating complex community stories into visuals that actually connect with people, this is the work. The families, providers, and partners we serve deserve beautiful, clear, culturally grounded design. That is what we are hiring for. Content support responsibilities are part of the role, but they are secondary. We are looking for someone who is excellent at design and willing to contribute in various ways within digital marketing.

If you have been looking for a place where your craft matters, where the stakes feel real, and where the communities you serve are at the center of every creative decision, we want to hear from you.
