Marketing & Content Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing & Content Assistant who is proficient in Ai and Canva, and has strong communication skills to support our clients.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Generate content using ChatGPT based on provided briefs
• Edit, refine, and humanize outputs to match the brand tone
• Proofread and correct grammar, structure, and clarity

Presentations & Documents

• Create professional presentations using Canva or Google Slides
• Review and proofread presentations created by others to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Format documents and ensure clean, polished layout

Marketing Support

• Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies
• Review marketing reports and summarize key insights
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print materials

Client Communication

• Communicate professionally with clients through messages
• Gather requirements, provide updates, and clarify deliverables
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and solution-oriented tone

Tools You Must Be Comfortable With

• ChatGPT (AI Writing Tools)
• Canva
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Optional: Clickup / CRM tools

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent English & Arabic writing & communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good sense of aesthetics and branding
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation is a plus

Location

Remote — 9 am - 5 pm UAE Time.
