About Going Twice

Going Twice is a fast-growing live commerce company specializing in trading cards, collectibles, Pokémon, sports cards, and fandom products. We sell through live-streamed sales, social media, online marketplaces, and community-driven campaigns.

We are looking to hire two Marketing Content Assistants to help support our social media, marketing, and community content. This is a great role for someone who is creative, willing to learn, and interested in Pokémon, sports cards, collectibles, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and live commerce.

The Role

The Marketing Content Assistant will help create and post content across social media and community platforms. This role does not require advanced marketing experience, but it does require someone who is reliable, coachable, creative, and willing to spend time figuring things out.

You will be given direction on what needs to be created or posted, but you will also be expected to learn tools, improve over time, and help turn ideas into finished content.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, and other platforms
• Make basic marketing graphics for promotions, events, live streams, and product drops
• Edit simple short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
• Help create TikTok, Instagram Reel, and Facebook content from live stream clips, product footage, and company direction
• Assist with Discord posts, announcements, community updates, and engagement
• Follow brand direction and marketing instructions from leadership
• Help promote Pokémon, sports cards, collectibles, live sales, and special events
• Learn and improve basic design, editing, and posting skills over time
• Stay organized with assigned tasks, deadlines, and posting schedules
• Communicate clearly when you need help or clarification

Qualifications

• Basic experience using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Discord
• Basic experience with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or other design/video tools preferred
• Interest in Pokémon, sports cards, trading cards, collectibles, or live commerce preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Comfortable following detailed direction
• Able to work independently after receiving instructions
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to complete assigned tasks on time
• Positive attitude and ability to take feedback

Preferred Skills

• Pokémon or sports card knowledge
• Basic graphic design experience
• Basic video editing experience, especially short-form content
• Experience making TikToks, Reels, Shorts, or social media graphics
• Familiarity with Discord communities
• Interest in collectibles, gaming, sports, anime, or pop culture

Compensation

• $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Hourly, non-exempt position
