About Us:
Agave Realty Group and Agave Financial Group are growing brands focused on real estate, business growth, and financial improvement. We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing, Content & Brand Coordinator to help expand our online presence and strengthen our brand identity across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media marketing, branding, digital advertising, is creative, comfortable on camera, and excited to help represent and grow both brands as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and post content across all company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite
• Help create and schedule content for both Agave Realty Group and Agave Financial Group
• Serve as a brand ambassador by helping represent the companies online and during content creation
• Travel locally to properties, offices, events, and filming locations to capture content
• Assist with filming short-form video content for social media
• Edit videos, graphics, and marketing content
• Help create branding materials and promotional campaigns
• Assist with running and monitoring Meta ads and social media campaigns
• Support CRM marketing campaigns through GoHighLevel (GHL a plus)
• Stay current on social media trends, content strategies, and marketing ideas

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media business accounts
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Basic experience with Photoshop, Canva, AI tools/content tools, and video editing software/apps
• Comfortable filming content and being involved in brand representation
• Must be willing to travel locally for content creation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience running Meta ads
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL, a plus)
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
