Marketing & Content Coordinator

We are hiring a Marketing & Content Coordinator for our Central Office team.

The Central Office functions as a business opportunity hub within our group, responsible for generating, identifying, and referring qualified leads to various business units (Education, Career Services, Real Estate, Dental, Logistics,etc.).

This role will dedicate most efforts to Education & Career-related marketing, while also supporting promotional initiatives across other business verticals.

The position is execution-driven, with a strong focus on offline event support and online content growth, ideal for someone hands-on, content-sensitive, and comfortable working across different industries.

For this position, applicants may choose to specialize in either offline event support or online content operations, based on their strengths.
Demonstrated ability to support both areas is considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Offline Event Support (Core Responsibility)

  • Assist in planning and executing offline events (seminars, info sessions, campus events, networking gatherings)
  • Provide on-site support: registration, coordination, content filming, and material collection
  • Organize and categorize potential leads after events and assist with internal referrals

Xiaohongshu & Video Content Operations (Key Focus)

  • Support content creation and posting for education & career-related topics on Xiaohongshu
  • Assist with short-form video editing and publishing ( Xiaohongshu videos, wechat,douyin)
  • Support livestream preparation (scripts, setup, on-site assistance, occasional on-camera presence)
  • Repurpose content assets for exposure across other business lines

Cross-Industry Promotion Support

  • Provide basic marketing support for other business units such as real estate, dental, logistics, etc.
  • Tasks may include simple content adaptation, event assistance, and social exposure
  • No deep industry expertise required, but strong execution ability is expected

Requirements

· Strong sensitivity to content trends and social media logic

· Comfortable with offline event execution and on-site coordination

· Basic copywriting skills and aesthetic judgment

· Familiar with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Jianying, Premiere, etc.)

· Able to manage multiple tasks independently

· Background in education, career services, marketing, content creation, or events is a plus

· Bilingual in Mandarin and English

This role is ideal for someone who wants to turn content and execution into long-term earning potential, without being a traditional salesperson.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $66,921.95 per year
