About Us
Gammon Communities is a local home builder serving Johnston, Wayne, Lenoir, and surrounding counties. We build quality homes with personality — not cookie-cutter neighborhoods. Our “Build It Your Way” program gives buyers the ability to personalize selections and create homes that actually fit their lifestyle.
We’re growing quickly and looking for someone creative, organized, and driven to help us continue building a recognizable local brand.

We want someone who:

What You’ll DoSocial Media Management
- Create and schedule social media content
- Write engaging captions and posts
- Help film and edit short-form videos/reels
- Keep up with trends, sounds, and platform changes
- Respond to comments/messages as needed
Content Creation
- Photograph homes, neighborhoods, selections, and events
- Create Canva graphics, flyers, and marketing materials
- Assist with model home and realtor event marketing
- Help brainstorm creative campaigns and engagement ideas
Brand & Marketing Support
- Assist with community launches and promotions
- Help maintain consistent branding across platforms
- Support email/text marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, realtors, and team members when needed
Website & Digital Support
- Assist with website updates, community pages, pricing, and inventory changes
- Upload photos, floor plans, blog posts, and marketing content
- Help keep online information current and visually appealing
- Coordinate with website vendors/platforms as needed
- Experience with Dakno or similar real estate website platforms is a plus (but not required)
What We’re Looking For
MUST HAVE:
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram & Facebook
- Canva experience
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Creative personality with strong communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Reliable transportation
HUGE BONUS IF YOU HAVE:
- Real estate or construction marketing experience
- TikTok/Reels editing experience
- Photography experience
- Drone/video skills
- Copywriting experience
- Website management experience

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
