Blaze Sports Group Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing & Content Coordinator to help oversee and execute marketing initiatives across our family of youth sports and recreation businesses, including Blaze Gymnastics, Blaze Launchpad, and The Warrior Factory Syracuse.

This is an in-person position based in the Syracuse area and is ideal for someone who is creative, highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

This role is not just about posting on social media. We are looking for someone who can help bring our brands to life through content creation, organization, communication, and day-to-day marketing execution across multiple businesses.

About Us

Blaze Sports Group operates several youth-focused sports and recreation businesses serving children and families in or around the Syracuse, NY area. Our programs include gymnastics, ninja obstacle training, camps, birthday parties, batting cages, and youth fitness programming.

We are a rapidly growing company focused on creating exceptional experiences for kids and families while building strong community-centered brands.

ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media

  • Capture photo and video content at classes, camps, events, and birthday parties
  • Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Assist with planning and scheduling social media content
  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all businesses
  • Organize and maintain media/content libraries

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist with managing and monitoring Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Help create, organize, and test marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate ad creatives, campaign assets, and audience targeting
  • Track campaign performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communication
  • Update website content, landing pages, and promotional graphics
  • Work alongside ownership and outside marketing vendors/agencies on paid advertising initiatives

Operations & Organization

  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
  • Coordinate collection of photos/videos/testimonials from staff and customers
  • Assist with signage, flyers, internal marketing materials, and promotional displays
  • Help ensure marketing projects move forward efficiently and on schedule
  • Support marketing efforts across multiple business locations and brands

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  • Basic photography and video editing experience
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising platforms
  • Experience boosting posts, managing basic ad campaigns, or analyzing campaign performance metrics
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including targeting, engagement, and lead generation
  • Experience with Squarespace, WordPress, or website updates
  • Interest in youth sports, fitness, or community-based businesses

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time in-person position
  • Compensation expected to fall in the range of approximately $42,000–$48,000 annually based on experience
  • Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility over time
  • Some evening/weekend availability may occasionally be required for events, camps, or special programming
