Silver Palm is a luxury Salon, Spa & MedSpa in Littleton, Colorado. We are seeking a creative, reliable Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our in-house marketing efforts with a primary focus on social media content creation and consistency.

This role is execution-focused. The ideal candidate is comfortable filming, editing, and posting short-form content, staying organized, and working within brand guidelines and an approval process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
• Film in-house content with our team (Reels, Stories, short-form video)
• Edit and post short-form video content
• Write captions aligned with brand voice and local audience
• Coordinate collaborator posts with providers
• Maintain consistent posting across Salon, Spa, and MedSpa services

Monthly Marketing

• Create and send one monthly email campaign
• Create and send one monthly text campaign
• Coordinate content, copy, and timing with management approval

Content Planning & Reporting

• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth)
• Provide a brief monthly performance recap

In-House Brand Support

• Capture behind-the-scenes content and team features
• Support seasonal promotions and in-salon marketing initiatives
• Maintain organized content files for future use

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Familiarity with paid social ads or boosted posts
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices for content
• Experience assisting with website content updates
• Basic graphic design skills using templates (Canva or similar)

Role Details

• Part-time position
• In-house presence required for filming and content capture
• Based in Littleton, Colorado

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
