We are seeking a Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to support iO Health’s branding, digital presence, and product content initiatives. The specialist will manage website updates, social media storytelling, and content production across our healthcare automation and AI solutions. The role ensures that all marketing outputs are accurate, engaging, and aligned with iO Health’s mission within the UAE healthtech landscape.
Arabic and English fluency is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain website content, product pages, case studies, and solution overviews in both Arabic and English.
- Manage the social media calendar, produce bilingual posts and visuals, and track performance analytics.
- Create clear, compelling content for iO Health solutions, including in-product text, feature descriptions, workflow narratives, and educational materials in Arabic and English.
- Collaborate with clinical, automation, engineering, and product teams to translate complex healthcare and AI concepts into accessible messaging for both languages.
- Support content for marketing campaigns, product launches, conference materials, and partnership announcements.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, maintains accuracy, and meets healthcare communication standards across both languages.
- Produce collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, explainer scripts, and internal communication materials.
- Conduct research on healthtech trends, competitor strategies, and emerging AI/automation topics to inform content direction
- Work cross-functionally to maintain consistent messaging across all channels and ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital strategy, or healthtech communication.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills across both languages.
- Familiarity with SEO, social analytics, and CMS tools.
- Ability to convert technical healthcare and AI concepts into clear, engaging bilingual content.
- Experience producing content for websites, social platforms, and product environments.
- Excellent collaboration skills with technical, clinical, and commercial teams.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a high sense of ownership in fast-paced environments.
