Samanos' Flooring is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to help expand our digital presence and support our business growth. This position is ideal for an entry-level or intermediate marketing professional looking for flexible, remote work with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company expands.
This role will primarily focus on social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and graphic design. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing their own schedule, and bringing fresh ideas to help strengthen our brand online.
Position Overview
The Marketing & Content Creation Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing Samanos' Flooring's online presence across multiple digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
This position is primarily remote. Occasional local travel may be requested for project photography, video content creation, team meetings, client success stories, or special marketing initiatives. Travel requirements are expected to be minimal and would primarily apply to candidates located near company operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across all major platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement
- Track analytics and provide recommendations for continued growth
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
Content Creation
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
- Develop content highlighting completed flooring projects, customer testimonials, and company updates
- Write captions, marketing copy, blog content, and promotional materials
- Assist with photography and video editing when needed
- Develop content calendars and campaign concepts
Digital Marketing
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
- Assist with local SEO and online visibility initiatives
- Help manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Research industry trends and competitor activity
- Support online advertising campaigns as needed
- Assist with website content updates and optimization
- Help track marketing performance and identify growth opportunities
Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials including:
- Social media graphics
- Promotional advertisements
- Flyers and brochures
- Presentation materials
- Company branding assets
- Recruiting and hiring materials
- Ensure consistent visual branding across all marketing channels
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with online reputation management
- Organize and maintain digital content libraries
- Help develop marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and brand awareness
- Recommend new marketing tools, platforms, and strategies
- Support recruiting and employer-branding efforts through social media and online marketing
Qualifications-Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, organizations, or personal brands
- Familiarity with:
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not required)
- Meta Business Suite
- LinkedIn
- Google Business Profile
- Basic website management platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design, photography, and video editing abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience Level
- Entry-level and intermediate candidates are encouraged to apply
- Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related education is a plus
- Internship, freelance, portfolio, or relevant project experience is welcomed
- A strong portfolio and willingness to learn are valued more than years of experience
