Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly driven Marketing & Content Creator to join our vibrant team at Riviere ATX, one of Austin’s newest upscale restaurant and lounge concepts. In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing compelling content and executing impactful marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence across multiple digital channels.

Your energetic approach will inspire audiences, engage communities, and support our overall business growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to craft engaging narratives, capture high-quality media, and implement cutting-edge digital marketing techniques within a fast-moving hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Brand Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance Riviere’s visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Create and manage monthly social media content calendars and weekly posting schedules.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for events, promotions, collaborations, themed nights, and campaigns.

Photo, Video & Design Production

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content during brunches, nightlife, live events, corporate bookings, and special activations.
  • Edit and deliver recap videos, reels, TikToks, and promotional clips with quick turnaround.
  • Design visually appealing flyers, menus, posters, and branded graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro.
  • Produce video content through videography and editing techniques to diversify offerings.
  • Assist in creating in-venue digital signage and branded templates.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business.
  • Schedule posts, engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and repost guest content.
  • Optimize content for SEO using keyword research and best practices to increase reach.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns when applicable (boosted posts, targeted ads).
  • Conduct A/B testing for posts and campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.

Web & Email Management

  • Oversee updates on Riviere’s website (WordPress or equivalent CMS).
  • Build and send branded email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional blasts.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across e-commerce, reservations, and event pages.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and other tools.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports highlighting KPI growth, wins, and improvement areas.
  • Adjust strategies based on trends, data, and audience behavior.

Event Support & In-Venue Activation

  • Capture live content during events with real-time posting when applicable.
  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives for themed nights, special guests, or collaborations.
  • Coordinate with DJs, promoters, hosts, and managers for marketing alignment.
  • Manage influencer and brand partnerships as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (portfolio required).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging copy.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and during events to capture real-time content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of hospitality, nightlife, and event-driven marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools is advantageous.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
