Job Overview: We need a creative Marketing Content Creator to handle content for our three unique brands: Cannabis Haven, Smokers Haven, and Raise a Dock.

In this role, you will create high-quality material for both customers and employees. You’ll work across different teams to keep our messaging consistent and engaging for all three businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Facing Content Creation:
  • Develop and execute content strategies for customer-facing materials, including, social media posts, newsletters, website copy, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
  • Create compelling marketing copy that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to create targeted content that highlights product features, benefits, and customer success stories.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s voice and tone across all customer communication channels.
  • Employee-Facing Content Creation:
  • Develop internal communications materials, such as employee newsletters, intranet updates, and internal blog posts.
  • Create content that supports employee engagement, corporate culture, and organizational initiatives.
  • Work with HR and leadership teams to develop content for internal announcements, policies, and employee recognition programs.
  • Content Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar to ensure a steady stream of content for both external and internal audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content strategies to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.
  • Monitor content performance across different platforms and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Optional: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, CMS, email marketing).
  • Ability to create content that engages both external customers and internal employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with SEO and content analytics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in both customer and internal communications.
  • Knowledge of video production or multimedia content creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Trello, Adobe CS, Microsoft 365, Canva, Klaviyo, Meet Edgar, Adwords

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
