Marketing & Content Creator

Infra Gulf Properties is currently looking for a Marketing & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, video editing, social media marketing, and have knowledge of lead generation strategies. If you are passionate about creating engaging content and helping grow the business through effective marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Generate leads through online marketing campaigns and social media platforms
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Design promotional materials and social media posts
• Manage and schedule social media content
• Respond to inquiries and help convert leads into potential clients
• Stay updated with social media trends and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of making real estate flyers and marketing materials
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and video editing
• Knowledge of lead generation and social media marketing
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram marketing, and social media trends
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Real estate marketing experience is an advantage
