We are looking for a Marketing Content Creator, as brand’s primary storyteller you will be responsible for translating PriceSmart’s business objectives into high-impact, multichannel narratives. The mission of this role is to bridge the gap between strategy and execution by developing cohesive content that resonates with Members across all countries. Will ensure that every touchpoint—from In-Club experiences to Digital Marketing—consistently reflects the brand's voice, strengthens regional presence, and drives measurable Member engagement.

What's unique about this job (What you’ll do)

• Align with Traffic Manager to gain a deep understanding of campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs, ensuring all delivered content is strategically synchronized and meets project goals from the outset.
• Conceptualize, draft, and deliver high-impact, original content across digital and physical channels—including CRM (Email/Push/WhatsApp), social media, paid media, ecommerce and In-Club. This role manages the full creative lifecycle for regional promotional campaigns, Club opening ceremonies, and specialized business-unit initiatives, ensuring all assets reflect the brand’s voice and resonate deeply with our Members.
• Produce, edit, and deliver fully finalized, "ready-to-publish" content for social media and digital platforms—ensuring all posts, visuals, and captions are polished, error-free, and aligned with brand standards. This includes tailoring original materials for localized impact to meet the specific linguistic and cultural requirements of our different markets in English and Spanish (tuteo and voseo).
• Partner with the Graphic Designers to manage tasks efficiently and take ownership and full accountability of projects from start to finish, ensuring ideas are brought to life on time and with the proper creativity.
• Infuse creativity and originality while adhering to strategic marketing objectives.
• Provide status updates on content creation projects to ensure transparency and efficient workflow.
• Incorporate marketing best practices, SEO, and audience insights to drive engagement and conversion.
• Continuously improve content based on performance metrics, audience feedback, and campaign goals.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Must be bilingual, with native or near-native fluency in English AND Spanish.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, communication, and research skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in creative tools: Strong hands-on experience with graphic video editing software for social media.
• At least 3 years of experience developing and creating content within a Marketing department or advertising agency.
• Analytical capacity and creative thinking.
• Result-oriented.
• Leadership, engagement, organization, responsibility, and sense of urgency.
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
