We are looking for an AMAZING Marketing & Content Design Manager to help bring the Glass Design brand to life through beautiful, consistent, creative, and effective marketing.
This is not a traditional “sit behind a desk and manage vendors” marketing role. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves marketing, design, content creation, storytelling, AI/technology, and making ideas happen.
THE MISSION
The Marketing & Content Design Manager helps own and execute the look, feel, content, and day-to-day marketing for Glass Design.
This person is responsible for creating polished, brand-aligned marketing materials while also helping manage campaigns, social media, website content, marketing assets, outside vendors, AI tools, and local marketing opportunities.
We need someone with a strong design eye who can turn ideas, photos, products, and project stories into finished marketing pieces. This person should be comfortable capturing content, creating graphics, organizing assets, supporting campaigns, and helping marketing move forward without everything depending on the CEO.
This role is part creator, part project manager, part brand keeper, and part marketing doer.
What This Role Owns:

Capture photo and video content in the showroom, on job sites, and behind the scenes

Strengthen the Glass Design brand across all channels
Support website updates, content improvements, blogs, FAQs, landing pages, and project stories
Help manage outside vendors, including digital marketing, website, print, photography, video, and advertising partners
Support digital marketing campaigns by providing creative assets, content, feedback, and brand direction
Use AI tools to improve content creation, design workflows, campaign ideas, reporting, and marketing efficiency

- Create and support short-form video content, reels, stories, thumbnails, before-and-after posts, and simple video edits
- Manage and organize the company’s photo, video, and marketing asset library with clear tags, categories, and keywords

- Help review marketing reports, KPIs, lead sources, campaign performance, and vendor results
- Support email and text campaigns, referral campaigns, review requests, client communication campaigns, and follow-up campaigns
- Coordinate digital and traditional marketing efforts including print, radio, TV, events, signage, sponsorships, local partnerships, and showroom promotions
- Bring new ideas for AI, automation, GEO/AI search optimization, content creation, workflows, reporting, and marketing innovation
