ProVendorConnect is a B2B SaaS procurement marketplace that connects HOA communities, property managers, and commercial facility operators with pre-vetted, compliance-verified service vendors. We're growing fast and looking for a creative, driven intern to help build our brand presence and content engine.
We're looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to join our Tampa team for Summer 2026. This is a hands-on role — you'll own real content projects, build marketing assets, and directly contribute to campaigns that drive platform growth.
What You'll Do
Content Creation:
- Create short-form video content and reels for LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media
- Write blog posts, industry guides, and SEO-optimized landing pages targeting HOA managers and property professionals
- Design graphics, promotional materials, and branded assets using Canva or similar tools
- Draft email newsletters, product announcements, and campaign copy
Social Media Management:
- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn and YouTube
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and grow our following
- Track performance metrics and report weekly on what's working
Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist with cold email campaign copy and A/B testing subject lines and messaging
- Support content for product launches, feature announcements, and promotions
- Help maintain and update the company website and landing pages
Brand Support:
- Ensure all content aligns with ProVendorConnect's brand voice and visual identity
- Assist with sales collateral, one-pagers, and presentation decks
- Research competitors and industry trends to inform content strategy
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related program
- Strong writing skills — you can communicate clearly and adapt tone for different audiences
- Creative eye for visual content and design
- Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace, and major social platforms
- Bonus: experience with video editing, email marketing tools, WordPress, or basic SEO
- Self-starter who takes initiative and meets deadlines without being chased
What You'll Get
- $18–$20/hour based on experience
- Real ownership of content projects — not just assisting
- Hands-on experience with modern B2B marketing tools and strategy
- Direct mentorship from founders and the sales team
- Portfolio-worthy work you can show employers
- Potential for continued part-time work or a return offer based on performance
