About Munzil

Munzil is a London-headquartered real estate advisory and development firm, with over $500M in transactions facilitated across the UK, UAE, and Pakistan markets. We act on both sides of the table — as a buyer-side advisory built on trust and verification, and as a developer delivering our own projects. We serve two distinct audiences: UK and international high-net-worth clients investing in prime London property, and the overseas Pakistani diaspora returning capital home. We are now building an in-house creative and content function to scale Munzil's organic brand presence to a target of 50,000 followers per channel across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube within the year — and to convert that audience into qualified enquiries.

The Role

This is the most senior creative seat at Munzil and the role accountable for the entire organic growth mandate. You will own the strategy, build the team beneath you, and deliver the number: 50,000 followers per channel within the year, converting into a measurable pipeline of qualified enquiries. You'll hire and direct the Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and Graphic Designer, set the brand voice and visual standard, and run content as a commercial function — not a vanity exercise.

Critically, you'll speak fluently to two very different audiences. On one side, UK and international high-net-worth investors evaluating prime London property — an audience that demands restraint, credibility, and sophistication. On the other, the overseas Pakistani diaspora investing back home — an audience that responds to authenticity, cultural fluency, and the founder's own story. You understand that Munzil is both an advisory and a developer, and you can position our own projects with the same authority as our advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the organic growth strategy and the 50,000-per-channel target across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Hire, onboard, and direct the creative team — Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and Graphic Designer
  • Define and enforce Munzil's brand identity, voice, and visual standard across every channel and audience
  • Develop distinct content strategies for UK/international HNW investors and for the diaspora market
  • Position both Munzil's advisory services and our own development projects through content
  • Own the content calendar, approvals, and quality bar; remove the founder as the bottleneck
  • Set and report on KPIs — follower growth, engagement, reach, and enquiry pipeline — to the CEO monthly
  • Coordinate with the performance (paid Meta) function to amplify top organic content and close the loop on conversion

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in marketing or content, including direct experience building and managing a team
  • A proven track record growing organic social audiences with commercial results — share the numbers
  • The judgement to speak credibly to UK high-net-worth audiences as well as the diaspora market
  • Native-level English and Urdu; cultural fluency across both audiences
  • Strategic and hands-on — you can set direction and still review a carousel or a video cut
  • Strong commercial instinct: you treat content as a pipeline driver, not decoration

Bonus

  • Real estate, property development, luxury, or financial-services brand experience
  • Experience marketing to UK or international HNW clients
  • Familiarity with paid social and how organic and paid reinforce each other

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
