Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Marketing Content Manager to get hands-on with telling the story of our beer, people, food, events, and culture across every customer touch point.

In this role, you will craft engaging content across multiple platforms, manage our online presence, and help tell our stories through compelling visuals and messaging. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to drive brand awareness through innovative content marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging content across social media, email marketing, digital advertising, web, print, and in-house marketing channels.
  • Capture, produce, edit and optimize all media content (photos, videos, social media, email, et al) highlighting brewery operations, beer releases, events, and much more to support our brand goals for new and upcoming product lines.
  • Identify and develop creative storytelling opportunities from everyday brewery and restaurant operations
  • Manage content across multiple platforms such as WordPress websites, social media channels, and email marketing tools.
  • Schedule, publish, and optimize calendars
  • Organize and maintain digital content libraries and marketing assets
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics to refine content strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Brewery, the Beer Hall Restaurant, Sales, Design, and Marketing to support company initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across brands.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong photography and video editing skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools for graphic design and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for highly visual social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TitkTok and YouTube
  • Strong skills in SEO, copywriting, editing, and content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, video editing software, and videography techniques.
  • Experience with social media management platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data with Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Passion for hospitality, craft beer, food, entertainment, or lifestyle brands preferred

  • Work is primarily performed within the brewery, restaurant and occasionally at off-site events. The employee may be exposed to temperature changes, wet or humid conditions, noise, vibrations, and other brew production related hazards.
  • Will require occasional evening or weekend work tied to special events, festivals, beer releases, or promotional shoots.
  • Will require travel to off-site events

Pay: $52,625.52 - $64,376.97 per year
