The Marketing Content Specialist at Soliman, Hashish & Partners (“
SH&P
”) manages all online communication and promotion relating to the firm, its initiatives, and events – while creatively initiating and creating content and engaging stakeholders and the general public – across the website and all social channels including mainly LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Review, edit, and proofread written content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style adherence.

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging throughout all written materials.

Ensure that content meets the highest standards of excellence and aligns with organizational goals.

Coordinate online or print publishing cycle and manage content areas
-
Set publication standards and establish goals and expectations.
Social Media Management:
-
Create and maintain a content calendar and post up to three times weekly across all channels
-
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the firm’s business goals.

Initiate content and design all social media posts, static and video
-
Review member and partner news channels for posts to share
-
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries sent via online media.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages accordingly.

Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues, monitor SEO performance, and provide actionable insights.

Update the website weekly with news, events, new staff, and clients
Email Marketing:

Cover meetings and events for e-newsletter and media promotion
-
Send announcements and news mass-mailings
-
Design and update newsletter with news, events, and announcements, and track engagement and open rates.
Special Project Support:

Support in-person and online events when needed
-
Craft and review all publicity pieces and print materials
-
Liaise with vendors to produce publicity pieces and print materials
Brand Oversight:
-
Utilize brand guidelines to create posts for social channels
-
Maintain a consistent brand image across all subscription sites
Education and Qualifications:
-
A degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with prior experience in a law firm considered essential.

Proven experience in SEO is required.

Strong knowledge of how the legal services industry works.

Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages and ability to utilize both for communication content

Working knowledge of social media platforms and publicity methods and campaign initiation

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Detail-oriented multitasker comfortable handling multiple requests

Strong communication skills and self-motivated
