About the Role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Content Strategist/Manager to lead our content-driven marketing efforts. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing content creation, website management, and social media presence while guiding a team to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content-driven marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring content is current, SEO-friendly, and aligned with campaigns.
  • Oversee social media channels, drive engagement, and grow brand visibility across platforms.
  • Plan, create, and distribute high-quality content—blogs, case studies, videos, email campaigns, and more.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, ensuring cohesive execution across initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure content impact and refine strategy.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, SEO best practices, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media management.
  • Experience managing websites (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
