Content Creator – Full Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Creator to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for producing, editing, and posting high-quality video content across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. In addition, you will record and edit podcast content, all while maintaining our established brand guidelines and aesthetic. This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling through digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality video content using professional equipment and techniques
• Edit and produce polished video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Record, edit, and produce podcast audio content
• Create compelling captions, graphics, and text overlays that align with brand guidelines
• Manage content calendar and schedule posts across platforms
• Ensure all content adheres to established brand guidelines, voice, and visual style
• Stay current with platform trends and best practices to optimize content performance
• Collaborate with team members and leadership on content strategy and creative direction

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video recording, editing, and content creation for social media platforms
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts platforms and their content requirements
• Experience with podcast recording and audio editing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take direction while bringing creative ideas to projects
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all content

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and animated content
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)
• Knowledge of content strategy and social media analytics
• Experience managing a consistent upload schedule across multiple platforms
• Portfolio or samples demonstrating your best work
