We are a full-service water-treatment solutions provider offering end-to-end systems (design, installation, service, maintenance) for industrial, commercial and institutional clients. Situated in Ambattur Estate, Chennai, our company serves diverse sectors with technical-driven solutions (equipment, filters, chemicals, servicing, etc).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the marketing strategy & plan for the company’s full water-treatment solution portfolio (equipment, services, maintenance contracts).
- Support market research efforts: help identify target segments (industrial, commercial, municipal), collect customer insights, monitor competitor activity and emerging trends.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering & service teams to ensure marketing support elements (case studies, customer success stories, value-propositions) are captured and used.
- Help develop and maintain marketing collateral and content: brochures, presentations, datasheets, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, trade-show materials.
- Assist in managing digital marketing presence: updating website content, coordinating social media channels, supporting SEO/SEM tasks, coordinating content marketing to drive engagement and leads.
- Support planning and execution of marketing events, seminars, webinars, exhibitions relevant to the water/waste-water/industrial‐infrastructure domain.
- Assist with lead-generation support: track inbound enquiries, help prepare basic marketing materials/proposals, monitor campaign performance indicators.
- Help maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate with vendors (design, print, digital agencies) and ensure timely deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, assisting with adherence to brand guidelines and enhancing the company’s positioning in the water-treatment solutions space.
- Aid in launch support for new products/services: liaise with technical/engineering teams, assist in go-to-market communications and collateral.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering (preferably chemical/environmental) or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination/support role in an industrial/B2B or service environment is preferred.
- Good written & verbal English communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing basics: website content updates, social media, email marketing, understanding of SEO/SEM concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions (sales, technical, service, design) and with external vendors.
- Good organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, prioritise work, meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable tracking basic marketing metrics, providing input based on data and assisting with reports.
- Proactive, self-driven, willing to learn, adaptable in a technical/industrial marketing environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for events, client visits or exhibitions if required.
