Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to strengthen our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Define and monitor key marketing KPIs (leads, engagement, ROI).
- Brand & Communication
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms (digital, print, events).
- Craft compelling content for social media, blogs, website, and PR campaigns.
- Ensure consistent messaging in line with the company’s vision and tagline ("Preserving the Planet").
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for higher ROI.
- Sales Support
- Design marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, case studies).
- Develop customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and support conversion.
- Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and awards.
- Build relationships with media, partners, and channel collaborators.
- Community engagement initiatives to enhance goodwill.
- Team & Budget Management
- Lead and mentor a small team of executives/freelancers.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize impact.
- Liaise with external vendors (designers, agencies, PR firms).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in solar/renewable energy, FMCG, or tech).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
