Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing both customer-facing and dealer-focused marketing initiatives. This position blends creative content production with tactical project coordination, ensuring both our customers and dealer network are supported with high-quality, consistent marketing materials. This position reports to the Marketing Director.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager with strong organizational abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with the Marketing Director and Events Manager to help meet strategic marketing objectives. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a Marketing Manager role as the business and team expand.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer-Focused Marketing

  • Supports social media copywriting, planning, scheduling and monitoring, maintaining social media best practices as needed
  • Establish new social presence for brand developments and sub brands
  • Assist with email marketing strategy and execution, draft content, build campaigns, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and audience growth.
  • Oversee automated customer review processes and reply to reviews as needed
  • Support the affiliate/influencer program by researching and curating new partners, as well as onboarding larger partners
  • Research, draft, and publish blog content that educates and engages our audience while aligning with brand voice and SEO best practices
  • Work closely with customer facing managers to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Dealer-Focused & Event Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with Dealer Acquisition & Retention team members to fulfill marketing collateral requests.
  • Design and update promotional items in the company’s custom shop.
  • Maintain and assign unique QR codes for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular internal updates on project status.
  • Assist the Event Manager with tradeshow and event planning tasks—including logistics coordination, creation of marketing materials, budgeting and vendor communications. This is an area of the business that is expected to scale quickly in the first year. Must be willing to travel as required and may include staffing the booth, engaging with tradeshow attendees, and supporting lead capture.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two years of work experience in marketing or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; English language fluency, both spoken and written
  • Confident in leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks and create professional, brand-appropriate content with accuracy and consistency
  • A growth mindset and is willing to learn and evolve your professional skills. Learners are welcomed!
  • Ability to prioritize time and meet deadlines under time constraints.
  • Willingness to course correct when needed and maintain a flexible and collaborative team approach. We work as a team and our department supports many - having a service forward mindset is key to success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva or other similar tool
  • Exceptional social media fluency with demonstrated experience producing and editing content with a focus on FB and Instagram i.e. experience with short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Proven experience managing and growing business profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including content publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to take and share responsibility, and treat others with respect
  • Personable and able to interact successfully with a wide variety of individuals
  • Must be local to DFW area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Knowledge of digital and non-digital marketing tactics and strategy
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Pardot/Account Engagement or have experience with another Email Service Provider
  • Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
