Marketing Coordinator

Overview
This role is critical in supporting brand consistency, digital and physical marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and collaborate across departments to ensure marketing activities align with Innotek's business objectives.

Duties

  • Assist in the development of a marketing plan tailored to the needs of Innotek.
  • Research and analyze competitive trends in the marketplace as well as trends within our customer base.
  • Assist in developing a lead generation strategy for the different industry segments in our territory.
  • Help drive brand identity and consistency across all platforms, both internally and externally.
  • Develop document and presentation templates for internal and external use by the sales teams that are consistent with Innotek brand identity.
  • Create and implement consistent email, digital and physical outreach programming to include products spotlights, upcoming events, news from Innotek, etc.
  • Assist in the design, development and distribution of the monthly newsletter.
  • Manage all the social media profiles for Innotek Corporation.
  • Create and implement a consistent social media marketing program.
  • Manage and update the website and website traffic with curated content and relevant data.
  • Analyze website traffic trends and report findings to management.
  • Identify and manage SEO trends and optimize Innotek's digital footprint to drive traffic.
  • Develop and/or update the physical literature/pamphlets our sales teams use.
  • Research, management and execution of upcoming events, tradeshows and/or conventions that Innotek will either be attending, hosting or exhibiting at. Attendance may be required depending on the event.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field - or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation and digital communications preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to digital content.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other design and marketing tools (canva, photoshop, ect.).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
