Marketing Coordinator

TCL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to support the marketing function across the Middle East & Africa region. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring effective coordination between regional and country teams, preparing reports and presentations for senior management, and assisting with the execution of marketing initiatives. This position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.


Key Responsibilities


Team & Departmental Coordination

  • Facilitate communication and alignment between regional and country marketing teams.
  • Track and follow up on ongoing projects, campaigns, and activations to ensure timely execution.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to improve departmental efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Compile and prepare presentations, performance reports, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Consolidate country-level marketing data into regional performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for marketing activities.

Meetings & Follow-ups

  • Organize and schedule marketing-related meetings.
  • Record and circulate minutes, ensuring key action points are followed up effectively.
  • Track accountability and completion of assigned tasks across teams.

Project Execution Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance for marketing events, activations, and campaigns.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.
  • Assist in tracking the progress of regional marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as a point of coordination between the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Support in translation requirements (English–Chinese) and other communication tasks.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
