General Summary of Job Duties:
Assist with planning and executing various property casino events, to include creating and developing event concepts and themes. Supports the Advertising team by providing project management functions to ensure tasks are done in a timely manner. Overall administrative duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

Coordinate all Marketing Functions on property.
- Support the VP of Marketing and the Marketing/Advertising/Entertainment teams with all administrative tasks.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns, designing emails, uploading content to the casino app and website, and building kiosk games and promotions.

Assist with advertising responsibilities including opening creative jobs, coordinating deliveries and collateral placement.
- Create and send all Fact Sheets for Special Events/Promotions/Concerts.
- Coordinate, update and plan monthly calendars.
- Responsible for working on all Special Events/Promotions.
- Ensure all procedures are performed on regular basis.

Communicate with all departments within the casino/hotel on all levels.

Coordinate promotions and special event details, prize inventory, warehouse maintenance, and administrative support for the Marketing Department.
- Learn all applicable marketing platforms utilized by the property.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older,
- Educational or work experience with design, web, or marketing platforms (example: Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Word Press, Squarespace, or emailing platforms).

Graduation from A-Tech Academy or another STEM Academy High School is a plus.
- One year of customer service or sales experience.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Must have a pleasant voice and demonstrate strong service skills, enthusiasm, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change without notice.
