Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our medical and personal injury team. This individual will play a key role in growing our brand by conducting door-to-door marketing, coordinating outreach efforts, and supporting all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Canva, and will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll do

• Conduct door-to-door marketing to promote medical and personal injury services.
• Build relationships with potential referral sources, businesses, and community partners.
• Design and order all business marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards, etc.).
• Use Canva to create digital and print marketing content.
• Collaborate closely with the physician to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
• Maintain marketing tracking documents using Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Communicate effectively through Gmail and manage incoming/outgoing marketing communications.
• Assist with event planning and community outreach efforts.

Basic qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
• Proficient in HTML for website updates and enhancements.

Preferred qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing or outreach, preferably in a medical or personal injury setting.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Skilled in Canva or similar design platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable with door-to-door interactions.
• Ability to work closely with physicians and administrative staff.

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Familiarity with local medical networks or injury law offices
