Responsibilities

- Optimize website content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and gather insights that inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product management teams to develop compelling product messaging and promotional materials.
- Oversee advertising sales efforts by creating persuasive proposals and maintaining relationships with media partners.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI (Return on Investment), and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist in budgeting activities for marketing projects to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Create high-quality copy for various channels including websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Manage content management systems such as WordPress and basic HTML editing to update website pages regularly.
- Coordinate print advertising efforts with vendors and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings and promotional strategies on online platforms.
- Contribute to the development of performance marketing strategies aimed at increasing conversions and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, email marketing campaigns, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress along with basic HTML skills for website updates.
- Knowledge of B2B (Business-to-Business) marketing principles and product management concepts is a plus.
- Excellent research skills combined with strong copywriting abilities to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
- Experience with performance marketing techniques aimed at driving measurable results through optimization efforts.
