About the role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing activities. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day operations, execute campaigns, and help bring our brand story to life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and edit marketing materials, including social media graphics, email content, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Support the coordination of events, trade shows, and sponsorship activities.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required).
• 0–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools (preferred).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email marketing, analytics).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
